Grignolino d’Asti DOC

Grignolino derives from grignola, a dialectal expression of Asti’ province to indicate the great number of pips in this grape. The color is very soft and symbolizes the lightness of the wine, combined, however, with a remarkable tannin that helps to drink it with all dishes. During the summer season it is also possible to taste it fresh, at temperatures very close to the white wine.
