The Brachetto d'Acqui is characterized by sweetness and aromaticity. With its light foam, the intense and velvety taste anticipates sensations of freshness and energy. It is ruby red in colour with hints of rose and strawberry. This wine is best consumed in its youth and is ideal at low temperatures; served with desserts or fruit, it accompanies moments of celebration and joy.

Cortese is a dry white wine autochthonous of Piedmont, known for its freshness, lightness in the colour and great pleasantness. It’s slightly savoury, very fresh thanks to its acidity, good mineral notes with a balanced palate. Excellent as an aperitif, it also goes very well with vegetable appetizers either hot or cold.

Il Cortese è il vino bianco piemontese secco per eccellenza, dotato di freschezza, profumi e grande piacevolezza. La leggerezza del colore e la raffinatezza degli aromi ne fanno un vino estremamente delicato. È sapido e fresco per acidità, di moderato calore alcolico, minerale ed equilibrato al palato. Ottimo come aperitivo, si abbina anche molto bene con antipasti di verdure sia caldi che freddi.

The "Bianca Terra", from Chardonnay grapes, has great body and aromatic intensity. The hints of bread crust are unique with great floral and fruity flavours typical of this grape. The second fermentation in bottle gives to the wine intense aromas, accompanied by a full and elegant taste at the same time.

Il "Bianca Terra", da uve Chardonnay, ha grande struttura e intensità aromatica. I sentori di crosta di pane sono inconfondibili, ma non vengono meno aromi floreali e fruttati, tipici del vitigno. La rifermentazione in bottiglia crea grandi vini spumanti, ottenuti dalle più blasonate varietà internazionali che interpretano al meglio l'affinamento sui lieviti dando origine a profumi intensi, accompagnati da un gusto pieno ed elegante allo stesso tempo.

Dolcetto, which has always been present in our area, is a wine for everyday consumption, with excellent drinkability and a remarkable fruity aroma. Ruby red in colour, with purple hues, this wine finds the right balance in the moderate tannicity, softness and elegance of its aromas, peculiarities of the variety.

Il Dolcetto, da sempre presente nelle nostre zone, è il vino di consumo quotidiano, con un'ottima bevibilità e un notevole aroma fruttato. Di colore rosso rubino, con riflessi porpora, questo vino trova il giusto equilibrio nella moderata tannicità, nella morbidezza e nell'eleganza dei profumi, peculiarità del vitigno.

“La Galleana” is a Barbera d'Asti Superiore endowed with great bouquet and excellent structure. The aging of almost a year in wood gives it great longevity, while still respecting the primary aromas of the variety. The name is meant to recall the small vineyard plots cultivated with Barbera, characteristic of our area, from which excellent wines are obtained.

"La Galleana" è una Barbera d'Asti Superiore dotata di grande profumo e ottima struttura. L'affinamento di quasi un anno in legno le dona grande longevità, rispettando tuttavia gli aromi primari della varietà. Il nome vuole ricordare i piccoli appezzamenti di vigneto coltivati a Barbera, caratteristici della nostra zona, da cui si ottengono vini eccellenti.

Moscato d'Asti is a sweet and aromatic white wine, typical of the territory of Asti, which with its vivacity gives energy and freedom, especially in festive moments. It surprises with its floral aroma, accompanied by balsamic sensations of mint and sage. The sweetness combined with an excellent acidity allows a perfect match with any type of dessert and in some cases even with cheeses from the area.

The “Soulwine” museum is in the heart of the Wine Tourism Centre. It is a story that combines history, wine, art and music. While you visit the museum you can admire creations of the artist Ezio Ferraris, obtained from old wine roots, accompanied by the original music of Maestro Christian Ravaglioli.

Il museo “L’Anima del Vino” è nel cuore del nostro Centro Enoturistico. È un racconto che unisce storia, vino, arte, musica e narra del rapporto tra le donne e gli uomini delle nostre colline con la natura, l’ambiente e il paesaggio. Al centro del percorso ci sono le creazioni dell’artista Ezio Ferraris, ricavate dai ceppi di viti estirpate, da ammirare accompagnati dalle musiche originali del Maestro Christian Ravaglioli.

In the 1800s a bad disease affected European vines. All the European viticulture was about to extinguish. The danger was avoided by grafting European vines on American vine stocks. In this way the cultivation of vines in Europe was saved.

Nell’800 una patologia colpì le viti europee. Fu una calamità che minacciava di far estinguere la viticoltura in Europa. Il pericolo fu evitato innestando viti europee sui ceppi di viti americane. Così la coltivazione della vite in Europa fu salva.

What’s left over from pressing grapes is called “pomace”. From the pomace, by steam distillation, we obtain a grappa that tells the story of a precious and historic spirit, later aged in wooden barrels.

Quello che resta della pressatura dell’uva si chiama vinaccia e non è un resto, ma una risorsa da cui con la distillazione a vapore otteniamo una grappa che racconta la storia di un distillato prezioso e storico, successivamente affinato in fusti di legno.

Chinato was born in late 1800’s from a recipe prepared by a Piedmonts pharmacist. Made by infusing medicinal plants in our Barbera d'Asti and in particular “China” that has always been used as an aperitif and digestive. Perfect for an aperitif and an end-of-meal fortyfing.

Nati da una ricetta preparata da un farmacista piemontese a fine 1800, i vini “chinati” sono adatti come aperitivi e corroboranti di fine pasto. Il nostro Chinato è ottenuto mettendo in infusione nella nostra Barbera d’Asti piante officinali secondo una antica ricetta contadina e in particolare la China da sempre usata come aperitivo e digestivo.

Barbera del Monferrato represents vivacity in all its forms. It is a fresh, young, fruity wine with just the right amount of effervescence to promote its drinkability, especially during the warmer seasons. La Barbera del Monferrato rappresenta la vivacità in tutte le sue forme. It is the youngest version of this Asti excellence, but retains excellent ageing potential. “VentiForti” was created in 2016 to represent the 20-year merger of the three original wineries and aims to unite tradition, which has always distinguished us, with the future.

The Gavarra, obtained from Chardonnay grapes, is a soft and harmonious wine, endowed with great structure and good acidity. The wide range of aromas released gives this Chardonnay an exuberant elegance. Maceration and ageing on fine lees amplify the citrus and floral bouquet, making the wine enveloping. It is ideal fresh when paired with fish and white meats.

Il "Gavarra", ottenuto da uve Chardonnay, è un vino morbido e armonico, dotato di grande struttura e buona acidità. L'ampio ventaglio di profumi sprigionati regala a questo Chardonnay un'esuberante eleganza. From the grapes we don't waste anything. What's left over from pressing the grapes, the “marc”, a combination of grapes skin and seeds, we use it for the production of cosmetics. The main nutrient of the “marc” are the polyphenols that are natural elements contained in grape skins that are natural antioxidant. By adding the benefit of the polyphenols to cosmetics you get natural UV protection and anti-aging benefits. Your skin will look more elastic, toned and firm.The “Il Risveglio del Ceppo” cosmetics line offers creams and serums for the well-being of the skin.

Dell’uva non buttiamo nulla. Tutto può essere utilizzato. Quello che resta della pressatura delle bucce: la vinaccia, serve anche per la produzione di cosmetici. Alla base ci sono i polifenoli, elementi naturali contenuti nella buccia dell’acino di uva che, inseriti nei prodotti cosmetici, per le loro caratteristiche antiossidanti, di protezione dai raggi UV (Ultra Violetti) e di anti invecchiamento, proteggono la pelle rendendola più elastica, tonica, compatta, proteggendola e prevenendone l’invecchiamento. "RosaSale" is a rosé wine with an amazing freshness and interesting mineral notes. The colour is a delicate rosé, perfect for the warm season to be pared with an aperitif or fish dishes. The taste is very balanced, moderate on alcohol, good acidity and slight tannins.

"RosaSale" è un vino rosato dotato di grandi profumi e ottima freschezza. Il colore, dalle note tenui e delicate, è simbolo di eleganza e di un prodotto ideale per le belle stagioni, eccellente per gli aperitivi e i piatti di pesce. Possiede un equilibrio gustativo importante; l'alcolicità moderata, ma comunque interessante per un rosè, bilancia in modo ottimale acidità e lieve tannicità, conferendo grande piacevolezza.

A unique Barbera d'Asti that comes from the determination and passion of our winemakers Enzo Gerbi and Salvatore Giacoppo. We leave you the emotions and the feelings that they felt during this research and through this wine we provide it to you. We started studying this wine from 2010 with the collaboration of the "Department of Viticulture and oenology" of the University of Turin. Taste the characteristics of a unique Barbera d'Asti, each one of you will feel different shades and try to focus about the uniqueness of an extraordinary grape variety.

Una Barbera d’Asti unica che nasce dalla perseveranza e dalla passione del nostro enologo Enzo Gerbi e del tecnico viticolo Salvatore Giacoppo. Lasciamo a voi le emozioni e le sensazioni che hanno vissuto in questa ricerca iniziata nel 2010 avvalendosi della collaborazione del “Dipartimento di Viticoltura e Enologia” dell’Università di Torino. Assaporate le caratteristiche di una Barbera d’Asti unica, ognuno ritaglierà sfumature diverse e fermatevi a pensare all’unicità di un vitigno straordinario.

“Contessa Bianca” is a blend of Cortese and Chardonnay grapes dedicated to Bianca Lancia d'Agliano, daughter of Bonifacio Lancia d'Agliano of the Counts of Loreto family. “Contessa” presents itself as an immediate wine that combines the freshness and directness of Cortese with the typical floral and citrus bouquet of Chardonnay. Its delicate effervescence makes it easy to drink and makes it excellent as an aperitif.

"Contessa Bianca" è un blend tra uve Cortese e Chardonnay dedicato a Bianca Lancia d'Agliano, figlia di Bonifacio Lancia d'Agliano della famiglia dei Conti di Loreto. La "Contessa" si presenta come un vino immediato che abbina freschezza e schiettezza del Cortese al tipico bouquet floreale e agrumato dello Chardonnay. La sua delicata effervescenza ne facilita la beva e lo rende ottimo da aperitivo.

The excellence of the territory expressing all the characteristics of Barbera: fruity notes, acidity and structure. The grapes, sourced exclusively from the best exposures, in limited areas, are carefully inspected before the harvest to obtain the highest possible quality. The wine is aged for about 12 months in small oak barrels and then rests a few months in the bottle.

L'eccellenza del territorio che esprime tutte le caratteristiche della Barbera: note fruttate, acidità e struttura. Le uve, derivanti esclusivamente dalle migliori esposizioni, in aree limitate, sono visionate attentamente prima della vendemmia per l'ottenimento della più alta qualità possibile. Il vino affina circa 12 mesi in piccole botti di rovere e riposa poi alcuni mesi in bottiglia.

“Terre dei Galleani,” made from a blend of local white grapes, is an explosively flavored, international wine with great character. During fermentation and consequent aging in contact with noble lees, it evolves aromas and increases the structure, becoming a white wine with excellent aging capabilities.

Il "Terre dei Galleani", ottenuto da un assemblaggio di uve a bacca bianca del territorio, è un vino dal gusto esplosivo, internazionale, con un grande carattere, fuori dagli schemi. Durante la fermentazione e il successivo affinamento a contatto con le fecce nobili, evolve i profumi e aumenta la struttura in modo notevole, diventando così un bianco con ottime capacità di invecchiamento.

"Since the Ancient times the Barbera has been cultivated in our territory.

"Grignolino" derives from grignola, a dialectal expression from Asti to indicate the numerous seeds of this grape. The colour is very pale and represent the wine's lightness, combined, however, with an elegant tannin that can make any meal, from white meat to fish, especially in the summer season, a perfect match.

"Grignolino" deriva da grignola, espressione dialettale astigiana per indicare i numerosi semi di questa uva. Il colore è molto tenue e simboleggia la leggerezza del vino, abbinato, però, ad un elegante tannino capace di rendere abbinabile qualsiasi pasto, dalla carne bianca al pesce, specialmente nella stagione estiva.

Every year our winemaker chooses the best solution to alternate storage in concrete, steel and wooden containers depending on the characteristics of the vintage. To keep it in wood, a particular and unique grape/egg-shaped barrel is used which you can admire in the "L'Anima del vino" museum. After bottling, a subsequent refinement in the bottle is carried out for approximately 10 months before being put on the market.

Ogni anno il nostro enologo sceglie la soluzione migliore per alternare la permanenza in contenitori di cemento, acciaio e legno in funzione delle caratteristiche dell’annata. Per la permanenza in legno viene utilizzata una particolare e unica botte a forma di acino/uovo che potete ammirare nel museo “L’Anima del vino”. Dopo l’imbottigliamento si esegue un successivo affinamento in bottiglia di circa 10 mesi prima della messa in commercio.

Destemming-crushing, fermentation and maceration at a controlled temperature (28-30°C) for approximately 15 days, subsequent malolactic fermentation and remaining on the lees for a few months.

Diraspa-pigiatura, fermentazione e macerazione a temperatura controllata (28-30°C) per circa 15 giorni, successiva fermentazione malolattica e permanenza sulle fecce per alcuni mesi.

Through a monologue by actress Sonia Scarperi, inspired by a news story, we could become protagonists of a concrete change. For the occasion, 20% of the proceeds from sales of the entire Linea Risveglio from 22/11 to 26/11 will be donated to support the anti-violence center "L'Orecchio di Venere", which deals not only with supporting victims of abuse, but also with implementing projects that prepare professionals to approach this problem. An initiative to create a more aware, constructive and effective responsibility.

Attraverso un monologo dell'attrice Sonia Scarperi, ispirato a un fatto di cronaca, potremmo renderci protagonisti di un cambiamento concreto. Per l'occasione, il 20% del ricavato delle vendite di tutta la Linea Risveglio dal 22/11 al 01/12  verrà devoluto a supporto del centro antiviolenza "L'Orecchio di Venere",  che si occupa non solo di sostenere vittime di abusi, ma anche di attuare progetti che preparino professionisti all'approccio di questo problema. Un'iniziativa per creare una responsabilità più consapevole, costruttiva ed efficace.

For the occasion, 20% of the proceeds from the sales of the entire Linea Risveglio from 4/11 to 10/11 will be donated to the ONLUS "E ti porto in Africa for the construction of a well in the Ivory Coast.
