The Risveglio del Ceppo harvest

has begun.

The first Barbera grapes have already been harvested: they are those destined for Perluna, the first gems of the Risveglio del Ceppo harvest.

This year's harvest will be even more significant. Our members have chosen to invest further in the project, purchasing new vines of Barbera d'Asti Il Risveglio del Ceppo. The result? More grapes, and therefore, more Perluna!

This is especially good news for those who wait for this sparkling wine every year and see it sell out quickly.

The 2026 harvest is also particularly early, but the grapes are in excellent condition. The warm, dry season has favored optimal health, with low humidity and no particular problems related to pests.

And this was the first harvest.

We continued with the grapes destined for Il Risveglio del Ceppo and the other expressions born from this project.

Overseeing every stage are Stefano, who tends and monitors the vineyards year-round, and our director and winemaker Enzo Gerbi, who together evaluate the best time for harvest.

The harvest is underway, and Il Risveglio del Ceppo is once again bearing fruit. Are you ready to drink?
